A. Initial art proof will be provided within 2-5 business days. The timeline
for art approval varies depending upon the changes requested by the customer.
Q. Do you allow rush orders? A. Yes, If you need your product in hand by a certain date, let us know. If we can do it we'll let you know before we take the order. If we can't, we'll let you know too. Rush Charges may apply.
Q. Do you stock your shirts or do you have to wait for the shirts to come
in before you can print them?
A. In our large warehouse, we stock hundreds of thousands of shirts. There's
a good chance we'll have just what you need, in stock.
Q. What areas do you serve?
A. Martin Screen Prints has a huge group of local customers as well as many national
and international customers. You can pick up your order at our factory or it
can be shipped/delivered as mutually agreed.
Q. How many colors can be printed or embrodered?
A. Screen Printinf: up to 8 on a light colored shirt and up to 6 on a dark. Embroidery:
up to 9 colors on each location/item.
Q. Will you sell merchandise at my event using your people?
A. Yes, in many cases, we will offer turnkey solutions to your organization.
Q. How many attendees does my tournament or event need, in order for it to
be feasible to hire MSP?
A. The answer varies with the presence of many other factors. It would be best
to contact us so that we can advise you of what we can offer.
Q. If MSP cannot sell merchandise at our event, is it possible for us to do
it ourselves?
A. Absolutely. Call us today. We can tailor a package that is the
most profitable for your organization.
Q. How does the money get paid to us?
A. This varies according to contracted mutual agreement.
Q. Can event shirts be ordered before and after the event?
A. Absolutely. Shirts ordered after the event, will be shipped within one
to two weeks and those ordered before the event, may be picked up at the event.
Q. Do I need to provide the blank apparel or merchandise to be embroidered
or screen printed?
A. No, We have buying contracts with distributors and manufacturers that enable
us to get good pricing. We will print and embroider your merchandise, if

A. We have a well-staffed, very talented, art department which will take your
project from the idea stage to the "camera ready art" stage, ready for for printing.
